Wightcable have been very supportive and played a significant part in the successful setting up of our ICT infrastructure in time for the opening of our College in September 2008. Having been a Business Customer of (our previous provider) (sic) for over 20 years, I could not believe we were cut off because of their failure to collect a payment under their "One Plan" scheme. Despite over 2 days on the phone, we were unable to get an immediate reconnection even though they admitted it was their fault. In fact the earliest they could offer this service was over a week away and as an internet company this was totally unacceptable.
I called Wight Cable and within less than 24 hours we were fully connected with wireless broadband and up and running again from our Cowes Address.
The installation was second to none and I therefore cannot speak highly enough of the service and standard of commitment my company has received from Wight Cable.
I would particularly like to thank Simon Brittain who came to our rescue when we needed it. He saw the order through from start to finish. A rare quality in this day and age when you never get to the same person twice and continually have to explain your wants and needs.
