Voice over Internet Protocol is the latest communications technology in the Wightcable portfolio which put simply allows voice communication over the Wightcable network.  Originally envisaged as a cost-saving solution, it has now developed into an incedibly flexible and productive telecom solution for all sizes of business.

Hosted IP Telephony

This is a truly out-sourced telecom solution.  Not only could you benefit from the reduced call costs and flexibility inherent in routing voice calls using VoIP, they also save by having a 'virtual PBX' hosted remotely on our servers.  This negates the need to invest in expensive PBX systems with their associated maintenance contracts for a completely remote and hosted 'soft' PBX.  This means the only hardware on the client side is the individual handsets.

Services like Voicemail, Auto Attendant & Intelligent Call Routing can all be added and removed exactly as and when business demands it.
